The reported issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced intermittent latency and timeout while submitting the transactions to the Mastercard payment gateway service for the Saudi Arabia region between 09:10 - 11:50 UTC, 01 February 2026.
The service has been restored and is working as expected.
