There was an issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced an intermittent payer authentication errors on CyberSource payment gateway service between 18:21 UTC, 06 April 2022 to 05:32 UTC, 07 April 2026.

CyberSource team confirmed that service has been restored and working as expected.
